Verbs
Verbs are 'doing' or 'action' words. They describe what the subject of your sentence
is doing, has done, or will do.
E.g Quinton LIFTED the book.
Bob KICKS the ball
Sharon PUSHES the door open
Sharon PULLS the door closed.
Jason JUMPS up.
Here are a few more examples in the pictures above and below!

There are two types of verbs, these are:
Action verbs - Words that describe an action or something that can be done
and
Linking verbs - Words that can't be done, but rather which help to connect the subject
of the verb, to more information about the subject
